We are currently observing intermittent delays in email delivery for some notification messages sent from our acre intrusion Connect SaaS offering.
🔎 Current Situation The issue has been fully understood and is linked to global anti‑spam and cybersecurity protection mechanisms used by major email providers. It does not originate from acre Intrusion Connect SaaS Only a subset of customers, domains, and regions is affected.
All core acre Intrusion Connect SaaS components remain fully operational.
🛡️ Root Cause Large email providers apply automated security controls designed to reduce spam and protect their infrastructure. In certain cases, these controls can temporarily slow or defer high‑volume automated email traffic.
These mechanisms operate outside acre’s infrastructure, and their behavior can vary depending on external factors such as sender reputation and provider‑level filtering.
🔐 Note for Customers Using MFA (OTP via Email) We understand that timely delivery of One‑Time Passwords (OTP) for Multi‑Factor Authentication is critical for daily operations. While the issue only affects a portion of customers, we recognize the potential impact on login flows and are treating this with highest priority.
We are actively working to mitigate any symptoms and reduce delays as much as possible.
🤝 Working Toward Resolution acre is collaborating closely with our email service partners to restore full, normal operation. Since the situation depends on external infrastructure and global cybersecurity policies, full normalization may take some time.
💬 Customer Impact Some email notifications may be delayed No action is required from customers All other acre services function normally
