We are delighted to announce that we will upgrade our acre Intrusion Connect service to version 4.3 to introduce the support for our latest acre Intrusion controller generation AIC-1200.
When: 14th of November 2024 - 10:00am Dublin time.
Excepted service interruption: ~1,5h
New in this version: - Introduce support for our latest acre intrusion controller generation AIC-1200 affecting single/multisite operations - Update the Dashboard and widgets to support the new controller generation AIC-1200 - Enable remote access support for the AIC-1200 control panel (web portal/ existing mobile app v2.1.0) - Preperation work for the upcoming mobile app update (iOS/android) to enable the full support of the AIC-1200 - Enable support for Two Way wireless PIRcams - Enable support for configuration software "acre Intrusion Connect Pro" - Ensure compatibility with acre Intrusion Gen1 and evo controller generation - Ensure compatibility with previous "SPC Connect" mobile app - technical infrastructure changes
During this upgrade window, the acre Intursion Connect web portal access, mobile app access, the email and push notification services are paused. All operations around the platform, including the web portal access, mobile app service, email and push notification service, the scheduled tasks will resume immediately after the upgrade.
